WHERE CAN I USE MY SOAP?

Our soap is specially formulated to be used on both the face and body. Each bar is gentle enough for most individuals with sensitive skin, including children. If an individual has a reaction to a certain ingredient, they should refrain from use. All ingredients are listed on both the product and on the product's page on our website.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY SOAP LAST LONGER?

The key to long-lasting natural soap is to keep it dry. Be sure to store your soap in a self-draining dish or a place where it can receive adequate airflow in order to re-dry after use. During use, rubbing the soap directly onto the skin or using a soft washcloth will help maintain a longer-lasting bar. Any abrasive loofah or washing method may shorten the life of the soap.

WAIT, YOU USE LYE IN YOUR SOAP?

Yes, however, none remains in the final product. Lye is used to turn natural oils into soap. All real soap is made with lye.

RETURN POLICY

Most of our products are consumable items, meant to come in contact with your skin. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns. 

We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivities. Our ingredients are listed on each product and on our website, anyone with sensitivities to ingredients should not use that product or test for an allergic response before use. If an allergic response or sensitivity occurs at any time, discontinue use.

SHIPPING POLICY

Wrenew Soaphouse handcrafts and hand-packs each product for each order. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process. If you feel the product was damaged prior to packaging, please send us a message so we can work to correct the issue. We ship all of our products via USPS and UPS, thus, if your product arrives damaged, please contact your carrier and follow the necessary steps for mishandling/damages.
